Normal usage environment

◇The ambient air temperature should not be higher than +40℃ and not lower than -5°C. The average temperature over a 24h period must not be higher than +35°C.

◇For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the usage location shall not exceed 2000m.

◇The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40°C, and a larger relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures. (For example, 90% at +20℃) The effect of condensation that may occasionally occur due to temperature changes should be taken into consideration.

◇When installing the equipment, the inclination with the vertical plane shall not exceed 5°.

◇The equipment should be installed in a place free from severe vibration and impact, and in a place where the electrical components are not corroded.

◎ Structure introduction

◇The cabinet of the GGD type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear adopts the general cabinet type. The frame is partially welded and assembled with 8ME cold-formed steel. The frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the designated steel manufacturer to ensure the cabinet's durability. Precision and quality. The parts of the universal cabinet are designed according to the modular principle and have 20 modules of mounting holes. The high universal coefficient allows the factory to achieve pre-production, which not only shortens the manufacturing cycle, but also improves work efficiency. ◇The heat dissipation problem during the operation of the cabinet is fully taken into consideration when designing the GGD cabinet. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slots, while cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet through the lower slots, making the sealed cabinet self-contained. A natural air duct is formed from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation. In accordance with the requirements of modern industrial product design, QGGD cabinet adopts the golden ratio method to design the appearance of the cabinet and the division size of each part, making the whole cabinet beautiful and refreshing. ◇The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a rotating shaft movable hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble. There is a mountain-shaped rubber and plastic strip embedded in the folded edge of the door. When the door is closed, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent the door from contacting the cabinet body. Direct collision also improves the door's protection level.

◇The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire, and the installation parts in the cabinet are connected to the cabinet frame with knurled screws. The entire cabinet forms a complete grounding protection circuit.

◇The surface of the cabinet is sprayed with plastic, which has strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is matte in color, which avoids the dazzling effect and creates a more comfortable visual environment for the personnel on duty.

◇The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.
