Especially for the implementation of one meter per household, many users have already installed distribution cabinets. But it is equipment after all, and during continuous use, some problems arise that can be solved by non-professionals, which affects the life and property safety of individuals and even groups.
Precautions for installing high-voltage distribution cabinets
First of all, during the installation process, the power distribution cabinet should be placed on the foundation steel in the order of layout in the construction drawing. The verticality of the independent cabinet with adjustable cabinet surface and sides can be solved by adding gaskets, but the gaskets should not exceed three pieces and should be welded firmly. After each unit in a row of cabinets is placed in place, the levelness and panel deviation of the distribution cabinet should be adjusted. It should be adjusted to comply with construction code requirements.
Second, the installation should be embedded in the box, and the panel should be flush with the wall after installation; the wall-mounted distribution cabinet can be fixed to the wall through expansion bolts, but the hollow bricks or dovetail bolts should be pre-embedded into the block wall, or use tension Bolted. After the adjustment of the distribution cabinet is completed, bolts should be used to install the main body of the distribution cabinet and tighten the foundation steel.
Third, the grounding precautions for high-voltage distribution cabinets are as follows: Each distribution cabinet is connected to the foundation steel separately, and copper wires can be used to connect the PE rows in the distribution cabinet to the grounding bolts. Depending on the connection, spring washers must be added to prevent loosening. Each cabinet door should be reliably connected to the PE row using copper braided wires.
Fourth, connect the top of the distribution cabinet to the busbar. Pay attention to using the busbar matching wrench to tighten as required, and the contact surface should be coated with neutral Vaseline. Distribution box, when connecting busbars between distribution cabinets, please pay attention to whether the busbar is too close to other equipment or enclosures, and pay attention to the correct phase.
Fifth, after calibrating the control wires, form each core wire into a circle, and then connect it to each terminal board with galvanized screws, eye rings and spring pads. Usually there is one wire per terminal on each side of the terminal block, up to two wires, and then an eyelet between the two wires. Stranded wires should be tinned and not allowed to break.
Sixth, control circuit inspection: Check whether the circuit is loose due to transportation and other factors, and tighten them one by one, and check whether the electrical components are damaged. Generally speaking, please check the control circuit of the distribution cabinet and distribution box before leaving the factory. The circuit inside the cabinet should not be adjusted without permission. If any issues are found, please contact the supplier.
